Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any adult toys or intimate products once packaging has been opened.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit if your item is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrectly supplied

This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned

  • Returns without approval will not be accepted

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items

  • All other approved returns require customer-paid shipping

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used adult toys

  • Lingerie or intimate wear

  • Lubricants or consumables

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
